I had been waiting for it too and mother nature delivered in a big big way. I love it...though now days later its kind of ugly and getting muddy, not so pretty. But that first day is heavenly.....and your pictures do it proud.
Cheryl, My ski coach told our families years ago that the "snow is the glue" that will stick us together. He was and is so right. Year after year we come back to the mountain, skiing, learning, growing and supporting one another though all the ups and downs. Your images are stunning. My husband and I went to a photo exhibit on the DNA of snow....incredible shots of snowmaking and the snow and sunrise. Orange, yellow and red. XO pve

Oh! How beautiful. I love the black and whites. Love your house thru the trees! The woods with the sun on that tree! So good!
Cheryl these are beautiful. Absolutely love the first one. Makes me want to fly up just to jump around in the white stuff and make snow angels. ;-)

Gorgeous! I think the last one might be my favorite: white on white....
Hello Cheryl:
These are wonderful images of winter. Hungary too has much snow but, sadly, far less here in Budapest.
